Q. What sort of room sizes are we seeing people require now?
A. Every wants access to a smaller room, but on a Tuesday or Thursday when entire teams are in, they all want more large rooms
Q. How are meetings understood?
A. Communication is 55% nonverbal, 38% vocal, and 7% words only. Having correctly installed VC rooms is the only way to leverage the 55/38/7 formula
Q. Do any of these boards support 3rd party apps? ie. Miro?
A1. No, all certified devices can only have one app. Neat provides App Hub for their Boards which can run Miro along with Neat Share to wirelessly share into MTRs
A2. Yealink supports this with the MCore OPS optional pc in the slot of a MTR-A MeetingBoard
Q. What does mean: “Kiosk mode in Edge”?

Q. MTR-A duplicate content share on dual screen in a offline meeting is still not Microsoft app supported/available right like with MTR-W? I know some OEMs do support this in their firmware layer. So, from a laptop connected to the room system
A. No, not supported on Android devices today. Lots of deployments are single large screens now. Some OEMs allow dual screen content when not in a call as it switches to BYOD mode.
Q. Teams Panels. – Will there ever be an auto-release option of a room if a sensor notices that people have not turned up for a meeting. This is for meetings booked in Exchange and not using Places.
A. Check Out is manual today. There are 3rd parties that can integrate with with Exchange and Camera APIs via portals such as Pulse. Check out https://neowit.io.
Q. For the EOL Support devices like the Lenovo Hub 500 does that mean you can’t get support from Microsoft or will they stop working
A. Correct, Windows 10 will be End of Life. There would still be critical OS updates if the Win 10 IoT is under the LTSC contract.
Q. Will Ilyas keynote be streamed online from Enterprise Connect?
A. Usually, the keynotes are streamed out.
