Q. Is anyone else experiencing pairing issues with Bar and Pad on MTR-A Devices?
A. Yes, multiple issues reported around the world. Tickets open with Microsoft.
Q. Can I really manage all my MTR-W devices in the Pro Portal now?
A. Yes, by the end of June 2025, you will only be able to manage your MTR-W devices regardless of what license the device is running, in the Pro Portal More details in the Microsoft Tech Community Blog. Roadmap ID 482539
Q. Is there anything required to move the MTR’s with basic licenses to Pro portal or they will be migrated automatically?
A. It is automatic, nothing for the admin to do.
Q. Can you share the Microsoft Places overview plans.

Q. Can you please confirm if the swapped home screens is a known issue with Neat?
A. Neat does not support the Microsoft Teams Room “Swap Screen” feature. It is planned to be supported in a future release.
Q. Can the Lenovo Tiny PC Can go to Windows 11?
A. Lenovo Tiny PC can update to Win 11 – but the device itself is BEYOND EoL, so they may want to get updated despite the fact that it can go to Win 11
Q. What permissions are required for the Pro Management Portal

Q. Does anybody have an update on when Edge is expected to be available on Surface Hub 3?
A. It will be entering preview within the next few weeks.
Q. On Surface Hub, does anyone know if Microsoft ever got the HDMI ingest working?
A. Here’s a What’s New with Surface Hub 3, it is coming along with the Universal Touch Controllers. Until then, you can input switch, but it will not share into a meeting.
Q. Anyone seeing issues with devices showing a Dual Display error, even though the toggle is on, with the device and via TAC Profile?
A. Yes, have seen it several times, usually toggling it on/off fixes it.
