As I have covered in the past, you can join a Zoom Meeting from a Microsoft Teams Room using Direct Guest Join Access. Zoom Rooms Guest Join access is now available on their side too, so you can join that Microsoft Teams Meeting using a Zoom Room.
To start with, you need to enable this in your Zoom Portal for the room(s). Note that as of writing this on July 9th 2021, it is only supported on Windows based devices, it is not supported on Android OS appliances. It is available on Zoom Rooms version 5.5.0 or higher. This is not supported if you are using a network based audio devices.

The full list of requirements and setup is detailed here. However, I did not have 3rd party conferencing enabled. Not sure why that would be required.
Once it is setup, send the Zoom Rooms a meeting invite with the Microsoft Teams details and wait for it to appear. Then click join meeting. Check out the video demo below.
