During December, there was an update to the Microsoft Teams Room (MTR) systems (4.3.23.0) that included a number of updates and User Interface (UI) changes. I covered these updates here. However, unfortunately, there were a few items pushed to the UI that should not have been as the features are not quite ready yet such as Cortana and Zoom/Webex Guest Join Access. There was also an issue with the multi-windowed Teams application resetting, so Microsoft quickly started to roll out version 4.3.33.0 and two of my systems got it over the weekend. The good news is that the end-user will not see any UI changes, it was all back end and quality improvements.

Microsoft also talked about the issues here and the apology on the issues here. So it was acknowledged on Wednesday and by Friday a fix was being rolled out. That’s service!!!
Here are the three issues that are addressed in this update
4.3.33.0 is rolling out right now, to address issues mentioned above in the comments, this includes:
- Window resizing loop (causes FoR displays to look like they are flickering)
- Remove Cortana status in settings (since Cortana is not released yet on Teams Rooms)
- Disable 3rd party meeting join on the calendar (since this is not available yet)
So there we have it, short and sweet update, fixing some issues.
